Cantina Indigeno Coco Bianco is made from 100% Cococciola, an Italian grape variety from the east coast of southern Italy, specifically Abruzzo and northern Puglia. It is a green-skinned grape that produces straw-colored wine with pronounced acidity and grassy, herbaceous aromas comparable to those found in Sauvignon Blanc. Macerates for 3 days. Native yeast fermentation, unfined, unfiltered.
The wine is fuller in body, with an unfiltered appearance, and is herbal and tropical on the palate. Peach, tarragon, salt, with creamy mouthfeel!
Cantina Indigeno was started by four friends in 2016. Nicola Reginaldi, Alfredo Giugno, Fabio Petrella and Loreto Lamolinara produce totally natural wines that get better every year.
