Since 1991, Andreas Kontozisis and Aphrodite Tousia have been practicing organic agriculture and vinification with a focus on indigenous grapes in Karditsa, a rural town in Thessaly, also known as the bicycle capital of Greece.
100% Malagousia, a native Greek grape saved from extinction in the 1980s, Sun White sees 15 hours of skin contact before 3 months in concrete egg, followed by 3 months in stainless steel. Vibrant color and rich texture with delicate floral aromas. White peach, citrus and herbs on the palate, perfect with grilled chicken or fish.
