A blend of Xinomavro and Negoska from one of our favorite Greek producers. Bright notes of cranberry and pomegranate are supported by a bit of pepper and sage. Practicing biodynamic, minimal intervention, minimal sulfur, and vegan friendly.
Tatsis wines can easily be seen as traditionalist in nature but that would be only a part of the story. They constantly experiment, they are both a throwback as well as on the forefront of the wine scene in Greece with nary a care of what anyone else is doing.
Pairings: Spicy fried chicken, rich red sauce dishes, grilled tuna
