Alsace, France— A bright, refreshing wine that has everything you want in an Alsatian white wine! Spritzy green apple, white peach, fresh mountain flowers, limestone with a mineral and saline finish. Medium-light bodied with fresh acidity. Ideal as an aperitif, with seafood or will cut through hearty, creamy dishes. Multi-vintage blend of 50% Riesling from 2022, 30% Sylvaner, and 20% Auxerrois from 2023. All from organic / biodynamically cultivated vines in Alsace. Grapes are hand-harvested and directly pressed. Spontaneously fermented and aged for 15 months in neutral vessel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
