Ardèche, France— Whole bunch fermentation of Sérine (the small berried Rhône clone of Syrah), Viognier & Cinsault. Vibrant, fresh & complex— cherry, black currant, olive, fennel, citrus peel, black pepper on the palate. Pauline Maziou has been making wine in Ardèche since 2019 after working with Daniel Sage and La Ferme des Sept Lunes. Everything she does is done by hand, without additives and in super small quantity, maxing out at around 2000 bottles a year. We’re happy to have some to offer! No S02.
