Zamora, Spain— Tempranillo from a single vineyard that has never been treated with chemicals! The 2018 vintage shows a beautiful balance of fresh fruits and secondary, aged characteristics. Aging done in amphora. Fresh cherry, plum, ripe fig, cedar, clove with very subtle tobacco and leather on the palate. Medium-full bodied with smooth, grippy tannins.
