Every year Pinhook releases a unique batch of rye and bourbon whiskies. Pinhook ‘Resolve’ is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon aged at least 3 years and has a mash bill of all non-GMO and local grains, 75% corn, 15% rye, and 10% malted barley. The 2023 vintage showcases a warm nose of butterscotch, dried apricot, and graham cacker. These transition to a palate of coffee, roasted peanuts, candied cinnamon, and creme brulee. 51% ABV
