This straight rye whiskey has a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley. Aged a minimum of 4 years in 53-gallon barrels, a rich nose of orange marmalade, fresh thyme, and a hint of clove transitions with pleasant tannin to a finish of black pepper, rosemary, and browned butter.
