Soif is comprised of two spontaneously fermented ciders aged with cherries and strawberries, blended and then macerated on Zweigelt skins for an extra month.
Round, and plush textural bliss. Freshly picked strawberries on the nose and haribo cherry candies on the palate. Dangerously drinky, Soif is a glugger.
