Auksinis Maceration" is a deep and intense Sancerre, macerated for a week on the skins and coming from partly botrytized Sauvignon grapes. The nose reveals a rich and pleasant profile, dictated by the alternation of bitter orange, undergrowth and sweet fruit, embellished with mineral and spicy touches. The palate is complex, savory and fresh, distinguished by a slight tannic friction.
