Alsace, France — A stunner of wine, this is a skin contact blend of Gewurtztraminer and Pinot Gris. Severine Perru (alma matter of Ten Bells) inspired Christian to make this cuvée and it was originally only available at Ten Bells, but luckily a few more folks get to enjoy now! No sulfates added a completely distinct wine in the hands of the iconic Christian Binner. His family has been making wine here since the 1700s and he mentors many of the young growers in this region. It opens with heavy aromatics of pear, rose, and berry, expanding into layered notes of ripe apricot, grapefruit and rosewater, with a note of spice.
