Probably one of the most intense orange wines there is. Briney pickle juice, cedar, grandma’s attic, and clove.
Airen (native grape to the area) from pre-phylloxera vines that macerate on the skins for a five months. Some of the grapes have botrytis. The grapes ferment and age in buried clay amphora. No sulfur added.
