100% Chasselas (known as Korinta locally) which is sparsely grown and nearly impossible to find in single vineyard in Chile, but here you have it. 2019 was the first year Gustavo worked with this grape also sourced from Quilaco. 20+ year old vines from a half hectare site. The grapes are destemmed and go through a 2 week fermentation with an additional 7 months on the skins in stainless steel with a pass through french oak before bottling. Unfined, unfiltered, low sulfur addition at bottling. 900 bottles produced.
