Utilizing contacts in Napa and Sonoma, David sources the best grapes available. This cuvée is 90% cabernet sauvignon and 10% merlot sourced from Paso Robles, the Central Coast and Sonoma. 50% stainless steel, 50% neutral barrels, aged for 10 months.
