Medium-light in body with fresh acidity. 100% Cabernet Franc from 75 year-old vines,15-day whole cluster maceration, two years in barrel. François began making wine in 2012 after working with now-neighbor Olivier Cousin. Everything is hand-harvested, with no temperature control and minimal intervention. All traction is done by horse.
