The Fratelli 2018 Barbera is named after the brothers Antonio and Raimondo Levis, who founded the winery in 1938. No chemical fertilizers are used in the vineyard. This manually harvested Barbera from Piemonte is de-stemmed and fermented in stainless steel, and then macerated on the skins for roughly eight days. Wine is then matured in stainless steel tanks. This is a fresh red, with floral undertones, moderate in body with low tannins and high acidity.
