Sebastopol, California— A laid back take on Beaujolais Nouveau from the Glou Glou gang at Las Jaras. They use 65% Zinfandel 35% Carignan that sees carbonic maceration. All farming done organically. Raspberry, black cherry, hints of cocoa. Just a touch of residual sugar leads to a balanced and quaffable chugger. Serve with a chill.
