Dense purple with violet hues. Cassis and citrus fruit on the nose (grapefruit, pineapple) with floral notes. Fine, well defined palate with pronounces freshness. Grape tannins present with a mineral background, with notes of black currant and coal. Persistent on the palate, Pourboire finished with notes of black currant and crushed stones.
Sainte Croix is situated in the Hautes Corbières area of Southern France. their aim is to create tangible expressions of the vineyard terroirs; wines of personality and place. They use organically farmed grapes of the highest quality, with most wines being crafted of Carignan and Grenache, from different sites and soils.
