A delicious fuller bodied, ripe and earthy rose. Bobal, a native grape to the region, crafted carefully by hand by the lovely Gratias family. A full mouthfeel with a long finish and delicate tannins. Soft cherry, red apple and spice. This wine would be so good with pork, BBQ, steak, or umami vegetables.
What makes this wine unique is not only the uncommon grape variety, but also the fact that it spends three months on the lees in barrel.
