This is a blend of mostly Albariño with about a third of Picpoul and the rest is Garnacha from One Elm Vineyard in High Plains Texas! The Albariño ferments on the skins, the Picpoul ferments in barrel, and the Garnacha ferments carbonically and all ferment spontaneously with nothing added!
