The fruit for this rosé of Nero di Troia was harvest by hand from biodynamically farmed vineyards. Fermentation occurred spontaneously with indigenous yeast in stainless steel. Wine was aged in stainless steel. The Rosa Terra rosato was bottled unfined, unfiltered and with minimal added sulfites.
This dry rosé from Nero di Troia is characterized by its great structure and elegance. Notes of fresh red fruit, kumquats and cherry.
