Loire, France — A Brut Nature Cremant comprised of organically grown Chenin. A pure and elegant sparkler with notes of crisp quince, pear balanced with herbs, bread crust, burnt caramel and hazelnuts.
Liv Vincendeau moved to the Loire with the intention of studying winemaking and eventually starting her own domaine. After moving from Germany she settled in an old townhouse with her husband and soon after found a small parcel that she started to convert to organic. The soil is mostly schist with mineral deposits scattered all over the vineyard.
