Patrick Miller of Faccia Brutto first started infusing spirits for restaurant, Rucola, and within the past couple years started bottling it for a wider audience. Gorini is named after his Grandmother and is inspired by southern Italy. 14 botanicals make up the blend; orange, rhubarb cardamom and fennel seed are the prominent notes. This amaro is aged for 3 months in former whiskey barrels. A balanced harmony of soft honey, warm spices, and bitter herbs.
