Mezcal Derrumbes is an independent bottler of a variety of mezcals made from different agave types and from different regions of Mexico, many of them small producers. Michoaćan is made with maguey Cupreata cooked using black oak, distilled using the Phillipino method traditional to the area, which utilizes a wooden-bodied still, and fermented in tanks lined with pine wood, making for a unique and balanced palate of mellow fruit and herbs. 45% ABV.
