An approachable blend produced by Holger Koch in Baden, neighbor to Alsace, it consists of Grauburgunder, Weissburgunder, Muller-Thurgau and Gewurtztraminer grapes, produced in Germany but with a French spirit. With white lily on the nose, herbs and soft stone fruit on the palate, and a salty minerality, in some ways reminiscent of white Burgundy. Nice crispy, soft white.
