Isle Saint-Pierre, Blanc is a delicious every-day, fresh, bistro-style sipping wine. It is made of 70% Chardonnay, 25% Sauvignon Blanc, 5% Muscat, that are sustainably farmed, with no weed-killers or synthetic fertilizers used.
Third generation vigneron Julien Henry farms organically with careful attention paid to the leaf system of the vine, in Isle Saint-Pierre, a small island in the middle of the Rhône river. The Domaine was founded in 1927 by Parisian wine merchant Pierre Chassaing. A few vines remains from that time, together with a flock of 200 sheep that provides the manure needed to nourish the vines.
