Tissot's D.D. is a blend of biodynamically farmed Trousseau (40%), Poulsard (30%), Pinot Noir (30%). The grapes spend 1 to 3 months on their skins, are aged in a 100 year-old foudre, and bottled without any additional sulphur. A light bodied red with silky texture and light tannins on the finish. Tastes of spices and berries.
