Small production Pet Nat from our favorite producer in New York state. The dancing lady (Tanzen Dame) is a blend of Riesling and Gewurtztraminer inspired by wines of Alsace and Germany. Chill very cold as this wine is alive and can be explosive. Peachy and yeasty with Gewurtraminer spice to round it out.
