Ramon Saavedra had a career as a chef before he turned to making wine. He never imagined he could make a career as a winemaker. He took over his family's small vineyard that they only previous used for their own consumption and he planted an additional 4 hectares. The vines are located 1200 meters above sea level in the Sierra Nevada mountains in Granada.
Organic farming since 1999 and no chemicals in the cellar. Unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfur. 1 year in neutral French oak.
