Organically farmed Tintilla from albariza soils in Jerez. Whole cluster fermentations with 2 weeks skin maceration. Once malolactic is complete, aging takes place in a mix of clay amphoras and fiberglass vats for about a year. Bottled unfined, unfiltered and with zero S02.
