Pfalz, Germany— 100% organic / biodynamic Riesling— green apple, lime, white peach and a fine slate Pfalz minerality. Made by Daniel and Jonas Brand at Weingut Brand in Bockenheim, Pfalz, Germany. They are 5th-generation winemakers who took over in 2011. The Riesling is given a slow wild ferment and aged with minimal intervention. No added sulphur.
