Great with shellfish and fattier fish, but it goes surprisingly well with grilled or roasted pork or veal as well
The grape is Rukatac also known as Malvasia Bianca Lunga and is native to Croatia. The Bura family has the longest winemaking history in Croatia spanning sixteen generations. Niko Bura wines give a true expression of the microclimate.
