A great introduction to the world of Piedmont, this is a classic Langhe blend of Dolcetto (50%) with 25% Nebbiolo and Barbera. The fruit is certified organic and sourced from the heart of Alba. Dark cherry, raspberry with velvety tannins with an earthy and bitter grip.
Hand harvested and then pressed and vinified separately. The Dolcetto is transferred to steel and the Barbera, and Nebbiolo are transferred to neutral French oak for a year. The wines are then blended and matured for another 6 months in steel.
