Carolina Gatti's RATA TUJA is a blend of several grape varietals—Glera, Pinot Bianco, Verduzzo, Chardonnay, and Tocai grown in Veneto, Northern Italy. Golden in color due to a few days of skin contact, with a deep smokey profile interspersed with notes of brandied peaches. Very soft bubbles.
