Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously fermented and aged sur lie for 14 months in neutral oak barrels. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no S02. Domaine Clair Obscur, founded in 2006 by Pierre and Jennifer Clair in Corpeau, is a family-run vineyard known for their commitment to biodynamic farming and traditional winemaking practices. With roots dating back to the 1960s, the estate has expanded to 3.5 hectares under the meticulous care of Pierre, who brings extensive expertise from his roles at the very famous Domaine Marquis D’Angerville and Domaine de Montille.
