Catskills, New York— Culch is mindfully crafted in the sprawling expanse of the Catskill mountains. The upstate spring water lends a soft minerality to the palate, melding with the slight heat of a spirit resting at 80 proof, it is perfect for any cocktail application. In an effort to keep things local, our corn based neutral grain spirit is sourced from across New York state. For every bottle sold, the distributor donates $1 to New York City's Billion Oyster Project - an initiative dedicated to reviving the oyster populations that once thrived in NYC's riverbeds.
