Languedoc, France— A fun, chillable ‘Blouge’ (Blanc et rouge) from Cyril Cuche and his nephew, Elliot. Primarily Cinsault made two ways - part as a rosé & part done by carbonic maceration. Those are blended with a little Grenache Gris & Blanc for added minerality and acidity. Finished with a touch of Grenache Noir for depth and color resting together in a large, round concrete tank. Violets and savory fruit… juicy, pithy summertime crusher. Low S02.
