PALATE: Clean medium-to-full-bodied flavor including pineapple, banana, and fresh sugar cane
FINISH: Long finish with hints of vanilla, subtle woody flavors, and light tropical passion fruit
Charcoal filtered Trinidadian Rum from the Angostura distillery. Column distilled and then aged up to 5 years in small Bourbon oak barrels. 3 year old Jamaican pot stilled rum is blended together. Leading to a softer style rum with more depth. Will do nicely in mojitos or daiquiris.
