Alsace, France— A complex and succulent 15-day maceration of 100% Pinot Gris with some time spent aging under flor. Notes of dried apple and pear, tarragon and almond. The wine’s fruity backbone is perfectly balanced with acidity and oxidation. Aged in Alsatian Foudre and in 225L oak barrels. Everthing is farmed biodynamically and organically. No added sulfur.
