Both ethereal and profound, this wine excels in drinkability and its ability to pair with food. Soft red fruits, fresh strawberry, bright cherry, black pepper and a touch of anise with a clean mineral finish. Aged in old, neutral barrels. David and Veronique Dupasquier are fifth-generation wine makers at this ultra-traditional domaine, working with Jaquère, Altesse, Chardonnay, Gamay, Pinot Noir & Mondeuse.
