The Cheverny Blanc is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Orbois. All fermentation is with native yeasts and elevage is in a mix of stainless steel and used barrels. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfites at bottling.
Notes of citrus fruits (lemon, orange, grapefruit) with a lively acidity, fruit blossom aromas and excellent balance.
