Domaine Rietsch's Tout Blanc au Litre is a blend of organically farmed Riesling (50%) and Auxerrois (50%). Natural fermentation from indigenous yeasts, matures on lees for 6 months in vats and then is filtered on cellulose plates. Minimal sulfuring at bottling. Possesses a clarifying, tonic quality, citrusy and saline. Pairs well with creamy rich foods, and could also accompany spicy curries or soups.
