From Molise on the Adriatic Sea, this wine has a subtle coastal element. Fattoria Di Vaira is a closed cycle Biodynamic estate where they farm a large area, but also grow olives, vegetables, and cereal for the animals. In addition to wine they produce cheese, olive oil, honey, tomato, and tomato purée. I wouldn’t mind going on a visit here!
