Cantina Furlani's, Sur Lie Alpino is a blend of biodynamically farmed Nosiola, Verderbara, and Lagarino Bianco. Fermented in stainless steel, then fermented wine left outside in the snow over the winter to clarify. In the Spring it is bottled and becomes warmer so re-fermentation can occur in the bottle to instigate sparkle. No added sulfur and no disgorgement. This lightly fizzy wine tastes of a fresh lemon press spritzer. Goes down almost too easy.
