Galil Mountain's Sauvignon Blanc is from the higher elevations of the Upper Galilee, considered the best winegrowing area in Israel. The wine is aromatic and fresh with distinct citrus, chalk and herb flavors, a firm acidity, and a mouthwatering finish.
