45% Riesling, 30% Pinot Blanc, 15% Muscat Canelli, 5% Pinot Gris, 5% Gewürztraminer. An orange wine blend of Alsatian varietals from organically farmed sites in Mendocino, Lake, and Monterey, and San Joaquin Counties. All are CCOF certified, or in the three year transition process of obtaining certification. We applied various lengths of maceration, between 7 and 21 days to the components of this blend, as well as aging in a combination of neutral oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. This gives us a diverse array of options from which to assemble a final blend that is both complex and balanced.
