An incredibly complex amber wine (another term for orange wine). This is a dream to pair with food. The Ghost Rider is made with negociant fruit, a blend of Tocai Fruiliano, Malvasia and Rebula with six months of skin-contact then aged for 3 years in open-top barrels before bottling.
Figs, hazlenuts, salt, umami, tobacco, smoke, sherry. Soft, linen tannins due to it's long bottle age. A nod to Gravner and Radikon.
