Destemmed but without crushing the grapes, 10 days on the skins whole cluster \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003ewith 4-5 gentle manual punchdowns a day for delicate extraction. After pressing, it ages in mainly French barrels (\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e225 and a few 400L) for around 10 months with zero filtering or fining. Minimal sulfur used at bottling (around \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e40ppm). Super crowd-pleasing, medium-boded red, that you might never expect comes from Toro!
