Beautiful balance of florals and fruit— Bruised peach, golden apple, honeysuckle, lemon peel, black tea, wildflowers, pollen. Beautifully structured while still being fresh and alive. Medium-full bodied with tea-like tannins. Originally from Morocco, Fatima Sabri has 3.5 hectares of vines in Prepignan, in the foothills of the Pyrenees mountains. She works low-intervention style, preferring to let native plants grow along with the vines which she then uses in herbal treatments to protect the vines from ailments. No s02.
