Ardèche, France— Old vine Gamay from 50+ year organic, old vines from 500+ meters above sea level in Ardèche. Half direct press, half whole cluster infusion. Lip-smacking cherry, raspberry, anise, dried herbs, with floral undertones and hint of smoky earth. Pauline Maziou has been making wine in Ardèche since 2019 after working with Daniel Sage and La Ferme des Sept Lunes. Everything she does is done by hand, without additives and in super small quantity, maxing out at around 2000 total bottles a year! We’re happy to have some to offer! No S02.
